About the program

You'll work towards:

  • Maintaining or improving strength and muscle mass, including age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia)

  • Supporting bone health, including osteopenia and osteoporosis

  • Supporting joint function and mobility, including osteoarthritis management

  • Improving balance, stability and coordination

  • Moving more confidently during everyday activities

  • Reducing the risk of falls and loss of mobility

  • Preserving independence and quality of life

Training is adapted to your experience, abilities and health considerations, then progressed at a pace that feels both manageable and worthwhile.

Who is it for?

  • This programme is ideal for older adults who want to remain active, capable and confident, whether you are new to exercise or already have an established routine.

It may be right for you if you:

  • Want to maintain your strength and independence

  • Feel less steady, mobile or energetic than you once did

  • Find everyday tasks such as climbing stairs or carrying groceries more difficult

  • Want to return to exercise in a safe, supportive environment

  • Are managing age-related changes or health considerations

  • Want to continue enjoying hobbies, travel, sport and time with family

No previous training experience is required. Every session is tailored to your starting point, with clear guidance and appropriate support throughout.

Your Goal!

Maintain muscle, improve movement, and enjoy an active, independent lifestyle.
